Vote for your favorite table design during the event—your votes will decide the People’s Choice Award winner.
Rules & Guidelines:
Create a theme and execute it to the best of your ability. Your decorations may include, centerpieces, tabletops and chair decorations, etc.

The Table Decorating Contest is open to attendees who purchased a full table of 10.

Upon arrival, please check in with the Table Hostess at the entry to receive your table number. Tables are assigned based on the date and time of purchase.

Table decorating is permitted from 2:00–4:00 PM. Tables must be finished and ready for judging by 4:00 PM sharp. Judging will take place between 3:30–4:45 PM, and winners will be announced during the event.

Your table number must remain visible throughout the judging period.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be awarded.

Use of glue, nails, confetti, glitter, open flames, or any items that may pose a health or safety risk are prohibited.

Live props (e.g., animals or people) are not allowed—table décor must stand on its own.

Important: If your table décor is taller than a seated guest, it must be taken down before the event begins—please remove any tall pieces by 6:00 PM so everyone’s view stays clear.

All table decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
