Rules & Guidelines:
Create a theme and execute it to the best of your ability. Your decorations may include, centerpieces, tabletops and chair decorations, etc.

The Table Decorating Contest is open to full tables of 12

When you arrive at our venue and please check in with the Table Hostess at the entry for your table number. Tables are assigned according to the date and time of purchase.

Decoration of the tables must be done between 1:00-3:00pm. Tables must be finished and ready for judging by 3:30pm sharp. Judging will occur between 3:30-4:30pm and winners announced during the event.

Your table number must remain visible throughout the entire judging event.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be awarded.

Guests shall not place any glue or nails on the tables. We also request no confetti, glitter or open flames or items that may pose a health risk be utilized in the design.

Live props, (ex. Animals, people) will not be allowed, table décor must stand on its own.

All table decorations will need to be removed at the end of the event.
